Pero el Proyecto de Ley 1395 del asamble\u00edsta Jordan Cunningham, un republicano de San Luis Obispo, podr\u00eda detener el avance de esta tecnolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AB 1395 crear\u00eda barreras al tipo de aprendizaje del que depende la tecnolog\u00eda de reconocimiento de voz para liberar todo su potencial para los consumidores, e impondr\u00eda disposiciones de seguridad duplicadas que no har\u00edan nada para mejorar la privacidad del consumidor o la seguridad del dispositivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los sistemas de reconocimiento de voz se basan en el aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico para adaptarse a los patrones de habla y el vocabulario de los usuarios, y se basan en la forma en que los usuarios hablan con el dispositivo. Nuestro discurso es matizado y din\u00e1mico. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La edad de los usuarios, si son hablantes nativos o no nativos del idioma y si tienen una discapacidad del habla tambi\u00e9n afectan el aprendizaje del sistema de reconocimiento de voz. Estas variables hacen que la formaci\u00f3n sea fundamental para el \u00e9xito de los sistemas de reconocimiento de voz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A medida que los consumidores utilizan dispositivos, las empresas conservan registros para que los datos del mundo real est\u00e9n disponibles para entrenar y mejorar la tecnolog\u00eda en beneficio del consumidor. Esta salvaguardia brinda a los consumidores control sobre sus datos. AB 1395 agregar\u00eda capas de mandatos innecesarios, confusos e impracticables que entrar\u00edan en conflicto con la Ley de Privacidad del Consumidor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los dispositivos de reconocimiento de voz est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados con capas de seguridad, protecciones de privacidad y controles para minimizar y proteger los datos recopilados. California ya es l\u00edder en seguridad de dispositivos. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La legislaci\u00f3n para mejorar la confianza de los consumidores en los dispositivos que utilizan es algo que todos podemos apoyar. Pero el AB 1395 no har\u00eda nada para avanzar en ese objetivo. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cambio, har\u00e1 que los dispositivos \u201cinteligentes\u201d no lo sean tanto y afectar\u00e1 la accesibilidad de estos dispositivos para todos los consumidores, adem\u00e1s de entrar en conflicto con las leyes de privacidad existentes.  California siempre ha defendido con \u00e9xito a los consumidores y la tecnolog\u00eda.
