Lo que pretende el Proyecto de Ley 1 del Senado es proporcionar igualdad de condiciones para garantizar que el proyecto de agua federal, controlado por la administraci\u00f3n Trump, tenga que cumplir las mismas normas ambientales y de salud p\u00fablica que California exige a su propio proyecto de agua para todos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
