Vicki Haddock

Vicki Haddock came to CalMatters as its managing editor in 2016. A veteran of the Bay Area journalism, she had been senior writer for the San Francisco Chronicle's Insight analysis section, Sunday editor of the San Francisco Examiner, political editor at the Oakland Tribune, and founding editor of California Magazine's online news site. She holds a degree from the University of Missouri School of Journalism and a certificate in digital media from UC Berkeley's Advanced Media Institute.
