Andrea Baltodano

Andrea Baltodano is a fellow with the CalMatters College Journalism Network. She is a sophomore journalism student at San Joaquin Delta College, where she serves as Editor-in-Chief of The Collegian. She focuses her reporting on politics and local government, with a special interest on how policies impact students.
