In summary

Track how California has voted in the 2020 election, including for president, Congress, the Legislature and 12 state propositions.

At 8 p.m. Pacific time, the California Secretary of State will start releasing partial election results arriving from the state’s 58 counties. Updates will be irregular as county election officials count ballots — and, as with every election but particularly this one, don’t expect a final count on election night.
