Orlando is a CA Divide intern at CalMatters. He is a journalism student at California State University, Northridge. Prior to joining CalMatters, he was the news editor at CSUN's student newspaper, the Daily Sundial. During his time at the Daily Sundial, Orlando reported on campus inequity and the Black Lives Matter movement in Los Angeles. He is from the Inland Empire in Southern California.
