Californians will decide whether to keep Gov. Gavin Newsom in office with the recall election this Tuesday. CalMatters’ Emily Hoeven and CapRadio’s Scott Rodd join the podcast this week to discuss what recall supporters and opponents are saying about Newsom’s governorship.
